"The mill is very nice and special, unfortunately the weather was not so good and therefore we had cold in the house. Only one of five electric heater worked in the sleeping room. In the leaving-room you can only heat by makeing a fire in the fireplace and it takes nearly two hours until is getting slightly warmer in this big room. Unfortunately we could not use the extraordinary terrace because of weather terms. I guess summer times it would be a great place to stay. I booked this big hours...

"Beautiful place and people. Frederic is a wonderful host. He allowed early check in and attended to all of our needs. There are stairs to the bedrooms, he carried our luggage up and down. The property vastly exceeds the description and certainty our expectations. There are many châteaux and wineries. Frederic helped us with our itinerary. We would very much love to return."

"We had an excellent stay at Ballan-Miré. The house is really nice and well furnished, including towels and tea towels, BBQ, outside seating etc. The beds were done on arrival which is really appreciated. The house was clean and a good size, with two large bathrooms. The garden is big and really nice and sunny. WiFi is working well. There is a large supermarket 5 min drive away. No shops at walking distance. The hosts are welcoming, helpful and discreet. Overall a very positive experience! "

"Jeg synes det ville være rart at når man køber f.eks 9 overnatninger at hotelletbså gør hvad de kan for at give en altan og ikke et lille værelse. Det er fint med uden altan for en weekend. Jeg synes også at der bør stå at man selv skal købe toilet papir, ligeledes selv vaske håndklæder, hvis ikke man vil vente en uge på at få rene, håndklæderne bruges både til svimmingpool og bad. Om ikke andet bør det stå under beskrivelse af hotellet. "

"Hotellet ligger i et ret nyt boligområde uden for centrum af Tours, men det tog kun ca. 15 min. med letbanen ind til centrum, og så er man fri for at skulle finde parkeringsplads i midtbyen. Lige over for hotellet ligger der et godt indkøbscenter. Området var dejligt stille."
