"Great staff especially at the Restaurant! Eileen and Maddie were amazing! Food and drinks at the restaurant was top-notch! Only complaint was the lack of amenities in the bathroom and there was no counterspace. Towels can also be upgraded given the hotel price."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

"Breakfast was almost a 5⭐but both days the eggs were not even warm as well as the hash browns and sausage. Something that is offered everyday and hot requires better attention. Variety and other options were great. Room and hotel amenities were clean and staff was very courteous."

"Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again. "

"Horrible! I reserved my stay a month ahead. When I arrived i was told that the hotel was overbooked and they had no availability for me. Now imagine YOU coming of an 8+ hour road trip to be told that there is no availability. Please reconsider another hotel before considering Residence Inn @ the Marriot. - they do not value YOU! "

"This is a good place, but a bit weird. It has a full size refrigerator and microwave but no utensils. The hotel provides no maid service. However, there is an on premises laundromat. The hotel seems to have a lot of longer-term residents, but they were polite and the facility enforces quiet hours. It does not provide a free breakfast but has not strong drip coffee available with flavored creamer in the morning only."

"Wonderful stay. Went there for a couple of days on quiet weekdays. Beautiful pool area. They serve a healthy breakfast with fresh fruits and also provide complimentary light social dinners consisting of fresh vegetables and soup during weekdays. Nice and clean. Beds could have been a little more comfortable and air conditioning is noisy but other than that I loved it there. "

"This was a nice property with helpful staff. I was in a handicapped accessable room, so not sure what a "regular "room looked like. I felt that the floor in the bathroom was dated. Also, the soap container (there were containers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner inside the shower) had fallen off the wall. The phone didn't work, which I think should be corrected for emergencies. These was nothing wrong with the room but I would call it basic. There could be more personal touches/...

"a roach was walking on the nightstand, another walking up the bathroom wall. shower curtain rod was damaged & hanging badly, toilet was cracked & had sort-of been patched but was leaking on the floor. coffeemaker had previously used grounds still in it. several men pacing around outside in the dark. the remodel was nice but not enough & didn't feel safe."
