It features a shared heated swimming pool and a spacious 2,000 m² garden, as well as all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included.

The house is situated on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel route, equidistant from the villages of Pléneuf-Val-André and Saint-Alban, in a quiet, leafy setting.

The swimming pool is protected by a retractable cover and an electric shutter for children’s safety. The pool area is shared with the residents of the second house on the same property. Parties are not permitted.
- Shared garden of 2,000 m², south-west facing.
- Private terrace of 25 m², south-facing, accessible from the living room, with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue.

Situated in a hamlet between Saint-Alban and Pléneuf-Val-André (3 km from the town centre, 4 km from the beaches), on the Erquy/Cap Fréhel route. All shops are 3 km away, including a supermarket with a drive-through service for your arrival.
