"When we arrived we had room 19 but a strong and heavy sewer smell made us change room (room 129). The receptionist informed us that there would be loud music until 1 am, maximum 2 am. The music went on until 4-5 am and it was impossible to sleep in the room or other rooms in the hall. We called the reception several times during the night, nothing was done and no compensation offered. On the positive side: - comfortable beds - clean rooms - nice area - tennis facilities "

"We found it very intimidating that the housekeeping staff entered our rooms without knocking and just let themselves in before we had even stepped inside. We have never experienced anything like that before. It felt quite intrusive. There were missing towels for two people, even though two of us had booked rooms. We had to ask for towels several times.
