'casAcamer Norte' a house above the sea

In Sagunto, casAcamer Norte is a retreat for sea and tranquility lovers. Set in a privileged location, it offers stunning views of the Mediterranean. Located within a protected waterbird reserve, this area is part of the Natura 2000 Network and is subject to minimal interventions to preserve its unique ecosystem.



After the 1982 storm, Cases de Queralt lost its 70 meters of beach and now sits just 4 meters from the sea, separated by a breakwater that protects both the village and nearby wetlands.



There are now two beaches just 40 meters from the house, one to the south and one to the north, both with water suitable for all swimmers.



The private casAcamer Norte space is 50 m² and features a living room with exclusive sea views, a fully renovated kitchen, two bedrooms with sea views, and a bathroom with shower. It is ideal for 3 guests, with space for up to 4.

The balcony, laundry area, and second-floor solarium are shared.
