A self-contained apartment for exclusive use, located within a private villa in the countryside of northern Rome, in the Sacrofano area, just a few minutes from Veio Park, in a quiet and peaceful residential neighborhood.
The accommodations are designed for couples, two pairs of friends, families, and groups. The house comfortably accommodates 2 to 10 people, always on an exclusive basis. To ensure the best experience, 8 guests is the ideal number for maximum comfort. Even a couple can choose their preferred bedroom and enjoy the entire apartment at their own pace, with exclusive use of the garden, patio, and all common areas. Upon request, the house can accommodate up to 12 people for groups wishing to share the same stay.
The home is enriched by a decorating philosophy rooted in authenticity and sentimental restoration: it features restored furniture that tells family stories, made both charming and functional to welcome guests with personality and warmth.
The spacious and well-organized areas allow guests to spend time together or enjoy the house at their own pace, in an environment where silence and shared moments (the house has no TV) create a relaxing atmosphere.
COMMON AREAS
Large living room: featuring a fireplace, piano, and board games, perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
Dining room: with a large table, suitable for dining, playing games, or comfortably gathering with up to 10 people.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped main kitchen, suitable for both a romantic dinner for two and shared meals with a group. It features a double oven (one gas and one electric), a large refrigerator, a spacious sink, and plenty of dishes, pots, and utensils. Everything you need to cook and share meals in complete independence.
BEDROOMS
The layout of the bedrooms makes Villa Lia particularly well-suited for two couples of friends or two couples traveling together, who can share the common areas while maintaining their privacy.
The apartment features four large and versatile bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: very spacious, with two standard double beds, ideal for families.
Bedroom 2: a double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: a spacious and bright double bedroom.
Bedroom 4: a double room with a private bathroom and a convenient separate kitchenette, ideal for more independence during breakfast or quick snacks.
Note: There is an additional bathroom in the hallway for guests staying in rooms without private bathrooms.
OUTDOOR AREAS AND PARKING
Guests always have exclusive use of the large patio, the private garden, and all outdoor areas.
The property has a large private parking area that is always available to guests (it can comfortably accommodate 2 large cars and up to 4 standard-sized cars, or 2 vans). From the parking area, a staircase leads directly to the garden and patio, which provide access to the apartment.
ENTRANCES
There are two ways to enter:
Entrance from the private parking area: convenient and private; once you’ve gone up the staircase, you enter directly from the patio.
Direct pedestrian entrance from the street: convenient for walks and for loading/unloading luggage, via a short path leading to the apartment.
Upon request, you can check in independently using the electronic keypad. All instructions and access codes will be provided after your reservation is confirmed.
THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA
Horseback riding: Just a 2-minute drive (or about a 10-minute walk) away is a renowned ranch and equestrian center offering wonderful horseback rides, including at sunset.
E-bike and bicycle trails: the area offers numerous routes surrounded by nature. Trails departing from Sacrofano are highly popular among both e-bike and mountain bike riders, as well as those who prefer a leisurely ride through the countryside, woods, and landscapes of Veio Park.
Hiking and Trekking: the historic center of Sacrofano is one of the main entry points to Veio Park. Several mapped trails start near Villa Lia, allowing you to explore Veio Park and the Sacrofano area even without a car.
