Private ferieboliger i Saco

"Excellent stay at this property. House is very nice, well furnished and clean. Location is perfect for beach time and downtown activities. We had good times and communication with host was 10/10. thank you"

"This was an amazing place to stay. To the beach within seconds, the host was excellent. We didn’t end up cooking on our short stay, but if you like to cook this house has all the bowls and cooking utensils you could ever need. It is also located within a minute walk to a top tier restaurant called Joseph’s by the Sea and we highly recommend eating there."

"Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay!"

"absolutely stunning views from the roof, very close to the beach and close to lots of activities for the grands. the host is quick and thorough with all communication."

"Overall a great stay, really close to the beach. Has everything one would need for a beach vacation! The property is listed as pet friendly but property owner has stipulations and additional refundable deposit was required which isn't spelled out in the listing. Otherwise great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the house! Its close proximity to the beach made mornings and evenings on the sand super convenient, and it was an easy walk to downtown for dining and activities. We were very close to the train tracks, but the only one who noticed was our dog — it didn’t bother us at all.The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The only minor issue was a broken dishwasher, but the owners responded quickly and did their best to make it...

"Very nice property. Plenty of room and as advertised. Comfy beds. Owner very responsive."

"The setting on the ocean. The cleanliness of the place. The open layout, comfortable furniture, the windows everywhere. Another bonus was the elevator. Host was very responsive. "

"House is like new. Well designed for a family and outdoor/indoor dining. Designer Kitchen, wine fridge, grill and hot tub perfect for summer entertaining. Location is all about convenience right on Port road - with a 15 minute walk into Kennebunkport and 25 minute walk to Gooches Beach. Beach parking pass really is key - to just take one car to haul the beach gear while others can enjoy the walk."

"Alexa was an amazing host! She was responsive and gave reliable and helpful local recommendations. The house was clean and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed the swim spa enclosed patio! Definitely recommend! We will return next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Alexa."

"The property was unique, with lots of updates to the interior that met and even exceeded our needs (4 TV's!). New appliances and fully stocked with kitchen-ware. Plenty of towels and beds to indeed sleep 10 as described. The host has thought carefully about what you might need during your stay. Outdoor seating is plentiful so if the weather is good, you're all set for hanging out."
