Tim and Ginny’s communication was excellent, and they were even kind enough to provide a travel cot last minute as we had ordered one ourselves that we didn’t think would come in time (although it did in the end).
The coach house itself was spacious enough for the three of us, with everything one might need for a few days away. "

"Beautiful property. Very clean and fully stocked. The owner came to greet us and even kept a fresh bottle of milk for making tea or coffee. Since there were 5 of us, adequate bedding was provided to us. Overall an excellent experience "

"Very good stay. Very nice well appointed room. Couple of small points. For breakfast the cooked food was excellent but thought there could be a bit more in the buffet e.g. fruit/pastries. Also our room was right above the out of hours entrance so there can be some noise from people returning late plus deliveries take place right outside the room so we had the pleasure of a noisy beer delivery around 7am. We ate in the restaurant one night and food and service were very good."

Our room overlooked the parking lot with our window directly in front of a parked car We asked to be moved and got a room on the back side facing some greenery but had a passageway for staff hauling noisy laundry carts right outside the window. Hallway rugs are tired and worn. Atmosphere was institutional and soulless. Location is off a round about in the middle of nowhere with poor signage to find the property. Small strip malls nearby and out...

This is a natural trust area, lots of history in Lacock.
The propery is as close to original as possible, very old world. Rooms are sympathetically updated, to include en-suite bathroom.
Accessed via cobble streets, the smell of coal fires, sound of horses and laughter. Nostalgic to say the least.
Staff are great, food is good, fire is warm, rooms are silent. If you cant sleep here, you wont sleep anywhere!
