Moon River Lodge, a spacious single-story luxury lodge in the Mountain Valley Subdivision, is only 10 minutes from Garner State Park and 2 minutes to FREE Frio River access at Gravel Bar. This home welcomes returning guests year after year. Our NO BUNK policy means that both family groups and friend groups get a good night's sleep with plenty of room. The huge living spaces, fenced and gated pool, and proximity to some of Concan's most popular attractions make Moon River a Concan favorite.

Spacious Accommodation for Large Groups

Moon River Lodge’s four bedrooms and three full bathrooms comfortably sleep up to 20 guests. There are 10 queen beds spread across the home, not a bunk in sight. Whether you’re hosting a family reunion, a retreat with friends, dove hunting, or a team-building getaway, this home ensures plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy.

Management provides bed linens including pillows, comforters, and sheets for all beds.

All three bathrooms come with indoor towels and washcloths for every guest.

Please bring your own beach towels for the pool and the river.

Renter is responsible for bringing your own toiletries, soaps, shampoos, extra toilet paper and paper towels

POOL
Your private pool has a pool surround for loungers and a sun shelf for little splashers with a max depth of 5ft in the middle. Feel free to bring your pool noodles and floating rafts for late-evening soaks and floats under the stars.

**The pool is fully fenced with a gate between the house and the pool. Please do not allow your children outside without adult supervision. **

Your best BBQ yet is waiting to be hosted here at Moon River Lodge. The pit BBQ is at the ready with all the tools you’ll need to sear steaks, grill corn, or make your world-famous chili. Surrounding the pit is a countertop with multiple outlets for your crockpots, Bluetooth speakers, a blender for margs, and a place to set your cold beverage.

Turn on the game on the outdoor flatscreen while you grill.

FIRE PIT
Find your rainbow’s end around the fire pit with built-in benches for snuggly s’mores, late-night fireside chats, and keeping the chill off as the sun goes down.

OUTDOOR PRIVACY
Many properties in Concan can feel a little close together. Moon River not only has a privacy fence along one side of the yard, there's also a line of trees planted down the other side to create a natural barrier between neighbors.

The kitchen at Moon River Lodge makes meal preparation easy, whether you’re cooking for a small group or a full house. You’ll find everything you need, including:

- Full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and stovetop
- Mr. Coffee coffee maker for your morning brew as well as a Keurig
-Cutlery, dinnerware, and cooking utensils are provided, along with pots, pans, and even BBQ tools for outdoor grilling.


Gather the kids around the kitchen peninsula for quick breakfasts or make it a leisurely morning around the dining table.

Leather sofas are pulled up around the ornamental fireplace and flatscreen tv in the living room. Bring along your streaming devices to make our living room feel like yours.

Absolutely NO PETS. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.
The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.

CHECK-IN IS LOCATED AT ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Please go to Andy’s on River Road and check in at the front register.

The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through an online listing service, you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign a VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.
