Lovely and elegant, the suite has many luxury amenities with the privacy and allure of a mountain hideaway complete with it’s own private entrance with patio area and cozy lounge seating with chiminea to light a fire for warmth and ambiance.

Centrally located for effortless access to abundant popular area attractions it is situated 12 minutes off 15N or Rt.70 on 2 1/2 acres of beautifully curated property with views of forest, fields, and local wildlife. Beautiful by day for hiking adventures and sightseeing, as well as by night as high mountain skies provide incredible stargazing on clear evenings. For the outdoor enthusiasts, a short walking distance to two state parks with numerous woody trails leading to a waterfall, lake resort, and babbling brooks for hiking and fishing. For the winter sport lovers less than 20 minute drive to Ski Liberty Resort. To unwind, relax, and be wined and dined, it’s also centrally located to several resplendent wineries and only 25 minutes to the popular Downtown Frederick Carroll Creek area and the historical city of Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Master Bed
One plush King Sleep Number dual split bed, dresser, and ample walk-in closet. Complete with electric fireplace for extra warmth or cozy ambiance, and 3 speed ceiling fan for staying cool while you sleep.

Master Bath has beautiful ceramic tiled walk-in shower including both an upper fixed wall shower head and hand held sprayer. The separate luxurious and spacious double wide JET AIR bubble jacuzzi bathtub is a decadent treat to immerse yourself in after a long day of hiking, skiing, or sightseeing! The tub is specifically designed to insure the highest in sanitary design as No Water is circulated.

Living Room
The space while thoughtfully designed to indulge a party of two, however comfortably accommodates up to 4 adult guests. The living room area has a deluxe full sleeper sofa with built in electric air duel mattress topper offering the best of sleeper comfort. The living area also has included an electric fireplace and ceiling fan for those guest’s comfort and access to the half bath.


Kitchen
A fully equipped modern eat in kitchen with full stove/oven range, full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker etc. with standard cookware and eating utensils provided for your culinary needs. Need something special? Rice cooker? Margherita maker? Let your host know ahead and they will do what they can to provide for your culinary desires.


The Speakeasy

Thoughtfully curated game room has prohibition period vibes with billiards, darts, tall top and lounge areas. Hours of entertainment a perfect way to spend a day staying in.

Guest Access
The entire apartment with speakeasy, private patio, back yard, parking spaces.
Access inside fenced area side yard is strictly prohibited.

Accessibility
A flight of concrete stairs leads down to the private double french door entrance. The Property unfortunately is NOT handicap accessible and is also not recommended for the elderly or physically disabled/challenged individuals.
