"Staff were polite, but had no information regarding our booking. The room was comfortable, but we had no kettle in order to make tea or coffee, no remote control to use tv.
We ordered a double bed, but got 3 single beds at different heights, made up with single bedding. "

"It was one of the biggest resorts I've ever stayed in. From the smell of the rooms, to the state of the art relaxation pool tech, sauna, showers, amenities... the staff service and attentiveness was second to none, some one even ran to the resteraunts on the property to get us menus so we could decide before walking there. Honestly, one of the most looked after holidays i have had. 15/10 would recommend to any and everyone!"

I think the prices in the rooftop are too expensive, like 90 dhs for a coffee or a redbull is way too expensive.
