"Petronio and his staff were absolutely wonderful! So kind, super accommodating and helpful. The rooms were very unique, and the view overlooking the town and across to the volcano was just stunning. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning in a little basket, and the staff booked us cabs when we were ready to go into town. Although with the breeze, the birdsong, the clouds, and the volcano, I could have stayed put for the entire trip!"

"Fine hotel, very central placed in Baños with large rooms and large beds. The WiFi is quite decent. Good breakfast with bread, juice, coffee, cheese and ham. The staff is friendly and smiling, but the attention around the reception is poor and people often have to wait there to be serviced. They have a bell which rings every time a new guest comes in, which is loud and repeated. We stayed at the lower floor, right out to the breakfast area.
