Når ,man er der for at står på ski, kan man opbevare sine ski og støvler i Hotellets aflåste skirum, som ligger nær lifterne, hvilket er en udmærket service, da man ellers skal i gennem byen med alt sit...

"Staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of our trip. Beautiful, remote location and an amazing staff that treated every guest personally. We were able to place specific breakfast order the night before and specify the time we would eat. The food in the restaurant for dinner was also amazing with both presentation and taste. It is not very close to the village but we loved this aspect of the stay. "

"There was no water for two days, no way to flush toilets, wash hands, take a shower. Expedia was informed but did not react for 72 hours. No one offered even drinking water. The hotel advised Expedia guests needed to be moved but Expedia did not respond for 72 hours. The hotel provided a full refund but Expedia would not provide it to the customer despite receiving it from the company. "

The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and with the most amazing shower! Plus, I’m so glad we stayed in Grachen over Zermatt. The town was a beautiful quiet village compared to Zermatt which felt really hectic and crowded. I really hope to end up back here in the...

There is a bus stop nearby and a town where you can catch a train to Zermatt for example. There is a small play house on the property which includes a slide and some swings if you are traveling with little ones . Overall we would definitely stay here again."

"My wife and I stayed in August 2025. We learned that there was recently new management. The staff we met we all very helpful and friendly. It was perfect for us looking to go hiking but with a comfortable place to rest and recoup after a long day walking. Morning breakfast was also very good.
