The Capra is an exceptional property: wonderful location, facilities, and service at a very fair price. All the staff are friendly and welcoming; the breakfast is a la carte, but substantial and served quickly; and the common spaces are a great place to be stuck indoors when it rains. The goodie bag at departure is a small touch, but really drives home the property’s commitment...

"Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wahl des Hotels. Sehr gefallen hat uns das Abholen/Bringen am/ans Parkhaus. Da SaasFee autofrei ist, wäre es sonst sehr mühsam gewesen. Weiterhin haben wir die Möglichkeit die Skis in der Nähe der Skilifts zu lassen, sehr geschätzt. Schliesslich möchten wir noch die ausserordentliche Flexibilität des Hotels am Abreisetag erwähnen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!"

"Aristella is full value for the money. Fantastic friendly staff, nice rooms and facilities and clean. Only small draw back is that it is placed slightly away from the main hubs for skiing, shopping, soclializing - but no more than a 2-5 min walk."

Very small team but they run it like there are 20 of them. 30 seconds from the bus stop, greeted cheerfully when we arrived, filled out some forms and were shown to our room. It was nice and cozy, great view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was good, nothing crazy but enough to start the day. Dinner in their restaurant was also great. The spa was fantastic. Easy as asking for the robes and slippers and you ca use it as much as you’d like. Only thing, I wish...

"Was such a lovely spot. Close to the station yet very quiet. Incredible breakfast. staff were Attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend if you want a luxurious stay with incredible views of the Matterhorn from the deluxe suite!"
