"Nice little hotel a few yeads from City Center. Balcony room with fantastic wiev to City Lake. Nice and helpful staff, I was allowed Early check in and Late check out. Breakfast absolutely Ok, Buffet plus selections of Soup, Eggs and Pancake to order"

"Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! When checking out, she booked us a car and sent us away with a big smile and hug. Best hotel ever! We miss it already"

"Fantastisk hotel med god beliggenhed. Lækre faciliteter på hotellet. Dog lidt støj fra elevatorerne, når man har værelse tæt på. "

"Knowing that this was a newly opened hotel, we expected some quirks and ongoing improvements. But it is easy to see that this place is special and that the management and team from the manager, to reception to room attendants are well trained, very professional and eager to please. The location above the main sapa square is very convenient, yet away from the hectic energy around the square. Overall Sapa was a very pleasant experience and I can highly recommend both the city and this new resort....

"Great hotel in a nice location just a few minutes walk from the central square and area with plenty of restaurants etc. Great bed and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. "

"From the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and friendly making us feel at home. The hotel is beautiful and it has everything you need to relax from an amazing view to a massage room. The breakfast was great with even an omelet station. We would definitely recommend it to anybody that wants not only a relaxing but welcoming experience."

"COLD. The windows and doors were open all the time. It was always cold throughout the building. No working restaurant. Elevator does not go to all floors. Staff was friendly. Outlets were an issue. Door had several large cracks. We had hot water. Bathroom vented to another room. It would be very easy to film or watch someone from there. The spa smelled dank and was unclean. It was staffed by people who arrived from other facilities. Their skills were untrained. Laundry service was fast and...

"I will always stare when I visit Hanoi"

"Everything was fine until the day before check-out. They didn't clean the room, there were no towels, no water to drink and no tissues, even though I called the reception desk the night before. Breakfast every day same, so bored"
