The staff were very friendly and helpful. Martha in particular was giving us much information about the city, helping to store our luggage after check out and more. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"Great hotel near the national park Owl Mountains (Góra Sowie). Food is good (but a la carte is a bit slow). Spa treatments are done in an unique atmosphere and prices are fair. Nice bio pool without chlor. Rooms are comfortable -in the summer time, go for a deluxe room (not 2nd floor) with air conditioning if possible but observe that these require extra walking from the rooms in a separate building to the restaurant compared to the main building with standard rooms. "

"We stayed in the hotel for a week. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and fit for all the family. The place and the view are amazing, 100m. from the main attraction - the rock park.
The only thing that need to be improved is the room service. The was cleaned only once and we didn't have shampoo/soap the last few days. In the evening, nobody is able to help and the reception is not working."
