Carpe Diem is a comfortable ground floor, garden apartment, situated right in the heart of Ryde town, Only a two minute walk from Union Street with its array of local amenities and shopping.The property is ideal for a small family or a couple to enjoy a break in this beautiful part of the island.Ryde is the largest town on the Isle of Wight easily reachable from the mainland and has a great eclectic selection of boutique shops, museums and galleries.The apartment is dog friendly comes with a single off road lockable parking space and has its own small enclosed private garden with seating area.Internally you have a modern open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, there are two bedrooms a double room and a snug twin room with two 2ft 6 beds and a smartly presented shower room, with a double width cubicle and rainfall shower.THE ISLAND HOLIDAY COMPANY ARE ABLE TO OFFER DISCOUNTED FERRY TRAVEL TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY THROUGH US.LOCATION:Located in the popular seaside town of Ryde with its host of vibrant shops, bars, restaurants and cafés, it’s just a short stroll down the road to the beach, where the vast stretches of sand offer you fantastic views across the Solent to Portsmouth. Here, the landmark Spinnaker Tower forms an impressive backdrop. Along the promenade, you will find tennis courts, ten pin bowling, a fun fair, canoe lake and a swimming pool, providing plenty to do within the local area. You can also enjoy the scenic coastal walks, go sailing, fishing, horse riding, golf or even go-karting, all of which are easily accessible from the property.Ryde is known as the gateway to the island as it can be easily reached within just two hours directly from London Waterloo via train, which connects with the island’s catamaran and hovercraft services via Portsmouth and Southsea. No money will be taken, unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.This property can accept a maximum of 1 pet(s). The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet(s). Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
