"The room is quaint, small and comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful, very polite It definitely has a resort feel"

"The people in the room above us were super loud. We could hear them stomping & the next morning, it sounded like they were demolishing the room."

"The room and facility was spotless. The room had a few maintenance issues"

"Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

"Loved our stay. The staff was fantastic. I’m anxious to see the remodel of the place. It need a little updating. I would have liked to go swimming in the pool, but it’s only 4 1/2 feet deep, what’s the point. The only other complaint was the bed pillows. One was so soft and squishy that it didn’t do anything. The other one was like sleeping on a sandbag. The hotel is in a great location to everything! We will be returning."

"Our stay was great. The service at the bar was exceptionally slow Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that , no complaints."

"Utrolig flot hotel. Både værelse og lobby. Første værelse vi fik var dog lige ved siden af baren/resturant så rigtig meget larm hele dagen/aften. Om natten kunne vi høre konstant larm fra en ismaskine samt mennesker som gik forbi vores værelse grundet placeringen. Vi fik næsten ikke sovet. dagen efter klagede vi og fik med det samme et nyt værelse på 2 sal langt væk. Dette hjalp virkelig meget og gjorde resten af opholdet til en god oplevelse. "
