"Loved the hotel! Really enjoyed our stay. Aside from the beautiful design of the room, we appreciated the history of the property, which was showcased in the hotel's mini museum. The complimentary drink at the rooftop bar is a great touch, with the beautiful skyline of Macau. So many freebies in the room too, including the snacks and wine! The breakfast set is also very good! Overall a great experience! Highly recommended."

The hotel is in walking distance to the casino Grand Lisboa but situated far from the Venetian.

"Very spacious and comfortable room. However I was expecting a harbour view. We had a view to the road. Also they provided us with 2 pillows which was really nice but only one toilet roll, no extra. So if we didn’t want to have the room cleaned we had to ask for an extra toilet roll.

"Hotellet skal iflg Hotels.com være 5-stjerner men var højest 3,5 da det r i stort behov af renovering for at få det op på 5 stjerner. Der var rent, personalet var venlige og ydede god service, men f eks gulvtæpper i korridorer og på værelset var plettede, badeværelset var af ældre dato hvilket kunne ses på bl a fugerne mellem fliserne og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes. Beliggenheden af hotellet var virkelig god i centrum af den gamle by, med gåafstand til alle seværdigheder."

"Our family had a wonderful experience staying with this hotel, all the staff are very friendly, accommodating, as a first time traveling to macau the Filipino guy (sorry we forgot his name) provided everything we should know guides and tips to visit. "Have been staying at this hotel for the past trip to Macau and really impressed of its good location to everywhere and nearby food options however the hotel rooms are a little outdated but as long it is clean we are okay 👍 one thing to note is its accessibility was limited by the stoppage of most free casino buses and need to set aside at least HKD170 for to/fro HZMB port via taxi, hope hotel can go back to previous transport arrangements soon "
