"It is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you don’t get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is...

"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors.
On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"Tia, Rafa, Michelle. Maloi made our visit to the Villas AMAZING!! They treated us like family with lots of love and attention. We had fresh fruit and fresh squeezed juice daily with our breakfast, thanks Tia ❤️. We had a little confusion while taking a walk (I went the wrong way)and when we returned to the Villa’s, Rafa walked with us and helped with navigating around the Island. The property is new and developing well but you can’t control Mother Nature, so be prepared to deal with mosquitoes...

"Vi boede på hotellet d. 26-28 September 2015. Check in gik fint, udover at receptionisten opkrævede 22.000,- for en forsikring, og sagde vi skulle betale. Vi har begge udvidede rejseforsikringer med udvidet ansvar, så vi forstod ikke helt. Efter lidt tids diskussion nævnte receptionisten så at det var valgfri. Efter min mening så burde han have sagt dette først, i stedet for at få produktet til at log en tvungen del af aftalen!
Vi fik værelse 303, og da vi kom op på værelset var der fugt på...

"First of all the Hotel is very old and suffers from lack of maintanence. Which is dissapointing relative to the experience while at the hotel and relative to the photos on hotels.com.
We changed rooms 5x in one week because of noise, AC problems, wrong location. None of the issues were ever fixed, but instead we were offered a new room. Very disspointed however with new rooms that were not checked for failures before they were allocated.
Expect upbeat ambiance music at the breakfast buffet...
