Ruidoso Zia Peak can accommodate up to 15 people. (4 King Beds - 1 Queen Bed - 2 Trundle Beds) Each bedroom comes with a smart LCD TV and NETFLIX. Free Wi-Fi is also a good way to check out websites for area attractions.

Ruidoso Zia Peak it’s a great place to visit at any season, you will experience an easy way to access the place.
There is a long stairway to access the middle level and from there a short one to access the lower level. Our home is designed to keep the family together.
When you walk into Ruidoso Zia Peak you’ll be able to ENJOY the views of the majestic mountains from the deck.
On the first floor you will find the kitchen with open floor plan combination of a dining room and living room with SMART LCD TV to enjoy a good movie from Netflix, creating a cozy, comfortable cabin setting.

That double car garage it’s ONLY for small cars or SUVs. The garage door is NOT tall enough for bigger trucks. Once you enter, next to the garage is the washer and dryer (when you use them, just make sure to press the start button two seconds).

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen (Gas Stove) were you can cook for your family and friends your fav dishes. Appliances are stainless-steel, granite countertops, you will also find the necessary cookware to make and enjoy a deli meal or breakfast along your fresh coffee.
You all can enjoy your meals around the dining room table that seats eight People and have two extra people sitting on the table next to it, if additional seats are needed. For your convenience there is also a second large dining table that seats 10 people in the Game Room Area.

The spacious deck allows you to enjoy a dine alfresco.
There is a gas grill with all utensils and extra table for your cookout food also an outdoor table (sits 6) and an outdoor living room set, perfect to relax. (All the cushions are located inside the deck storage box).

Main level floor comes with three bedrooms: The Master Suite features a king size bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, and an armoire with TV (Netflix) you can watch from bed, in addition, the Master Suite comes with a large shower/tub combination, sink vanity for Him and Hers and a comfortable walk-in closet. Master suite has a sliding glass door to the deck so you can slip out and enjoy the fresh pine–scented air.
The other two bedrooms (main level floor) include a King Size bed with nightstands and reading lamps, Smart LCD TV with Netflix, a dresser, and window to overlook Ruidoso‘s Nature. At the end of the hallway you will find a Full bathroom that has dual sinks and shower area, also on this floor there is a Half Bathroom conveniently located next to the main entrance.

There is a MASTER Bedroom on the middle level (Fourth bedroom) that features a King Size Bed, wall mounted LCD TV, a Walk-In Closet, and a full bathroom. This bedroom is perfect for a family of 4–5 people. Additionally to the King Size Bed there’s also a Full/Twin Trundle Bed where three people can sleep comfortably, it has a door to the outside so you can slip out and enjoy Ruidoso’s Nature’s clean air.

Fifth Bedroom is located at the lower level next to the game room and that bedroom features a Queen Size Bed, a dresser and a SMART LCD TV. This room has “Jack and Jill” Full Bathroom.

The “STAR of the SHOW”:
THE GAME ROOM, this area features, a Custom Built Bar with a Mirror, a Sink, Mini Fridge, Microwave and lots of storage for your drinking bottles.
Games: have a good time and lots of laughs playing UNO, Domino Chips, Jenga, Basketball Courtside game featuring two baskets and electric timer. Five Seat Poker Table with set of 500 casino style poker chips and two decks and a Foosball Table.

At the lower level you can also dine comfortably at the 10 seat dining table or just sit and relax enjoying a movie or a show of your preference (Netflix) at the Living Room Set with a 75” SMART LCD TV, equipped with Karaoke Speaker and Microphone. Just turn on YouTube and look for your favorite karaoke songs and enjoy a Happy Night.

The trundle bed situated in the game room is a twin bed set so two people fit comfortably.
Last but not least, the game room has two glass doors that exit the backyard to enjoy Nature at its best, if Weather permits, there is a second gas grill in this area you can use a large folding table located in the garage and four extra Stacking Patio Armchairs located in the closet by the bedroom in this area.

During the winter season, Please remember Ruidoso might have snowed and Icy conditions occur. This can affect driving and parking conditions regardless of the property, driveway, or roads. 4x4 and/or Chains are necessary during the winter months to access our home. Parking space fits a maximum of seven vehicles.
