Looking for a place that’s cozy, spacious, and full of charm? The Seeds Cabin is tucked into the pines of Ruidoso and offers the perfect balance of comfort, fun, and style. With four bedrooms, with themed spaces that make every corner Instagram-worthy. From relaxing nights by the indoor fireplace to fun-filled moments in the game room featuring a pool table, XL version games, and other fun activities.
This cabin is made for memory-making.

The Space- The Seeds Cabin is a two-level retreat designed for comfort, connection, and fun. On the upper level, you’ll find four cozy bedrooms, an open-concept living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with high ceilings and a rustic beam centerpiece. The space is perfect for gathering, relaxing, or preparing a family meal.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy a great meal:
microwave, oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, air fryer, baking trays, pizza pans, cookware, cooking utensils, and a variety of spices.

The cabin is divided into two themed sleeping areas, each with its own full bathroom.
On one side, the forest-themed area features cozy bear and woodland decor, with two bedrooms:
• One with a king-size bed and a twin trundle
• One with a queen-size bed

On the other side, the ski-themed area has snowy, alpine decor with cinematic touches, and includes:
• One bedroom with a king-size bed and a twin trundle
• Another with two bunk beds and an additional pull-out twin (five twin beds total)

Both king bedrooms have direct access to the front porch, perfect for stepping outside to enjoy the mountain breeze.

Each bedroom includes a Smart TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, bedside lamps, and power outlets with USB and USB-C ports for convenient device charging. One of the king rooms features a comfortable workspace with a desk, chair, lamp, and charging station.


Downstairs, you’ll find a spacious game room with a pool table and other fun games—perfect for all ages. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch, grill out on the back patio, or unwind under the stars in the outdoor dining area.


Other Things to Note
• The cabin has central A/C and heating, plus ceiling fans in every room.
• It’s not wheelchair accessible, and may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility due to exterior stairs.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Exterior security cameras are installed facing the entrance and driveway for added peace of mind.
• The space is thoughtfully designed to be both cozy and functional, with details like luggage racks, convenient chargers, and a well-equipped kitchen to make you feel right at home.
