Welcome to our lovingly furnished apartment, where Alpine charm meets modern comfort. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or looking for an active holiday, you’ll find a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the action.



Located on the first floor, the 30 m² studio offers a well-designed, harmonious living space with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view of the church gives the apartment a unique atmosphere.

The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. The studio is a 20-minute drive from Lake Chiemsee, 45 minutes from Salzburg, 50 minutes from Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee, and 1 hour 15 minutes from Munich.



Parking is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. There is storage for motorbikes and bicycles as well as a ski depot. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request.



The property follows recycling guidelines and features energy- and water-saving facilities. Electricity is partly generated by photovoltaic panels. Self check-in is available.
