This apartment is designed for exactly that. On 56 sqm on the first floor, you’ll find a lovingly furnished, bright, and spacious home away from home with a modern Alpine touch. Perfect for two, but also ideal if you’re traveling with a child.



You’ll stay in a peaceful, comfortable setting with all the amenities you appreciate after a day in the mountains or by the lake. Enjoy the generous space, cozy atmosphere, and that immediate sense of “this is the right place.”



Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. The apartment features a balcony where you can relax in the evenings.



The property is close to many cycling and hiking trails, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport, an indoor pool, and a mini-golf course. Chiemsee is 20 minutes by car, Salzburg 45 minutes, Berchtesgaden and Königssee 50 minutes, and Munich about 1 hour 15 minutes away.



Parking is available on the property. There’s a storage room for motorcycles and bicycles, plus a ski depot. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. An EV charging station is available for an extra fee. Washing machine and dryer can be used on request.



The property has recycling policies and energy- and water-saving features. Some electricity comes from solar panels. Self check-in is possible.
