Located in Ruch (33350), just 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion and about 50 minutes from Bordeaux, this 450 m² family home is surrounded by a 3.5 hectare property in the middle of the vineyards and offers a particularly quiet environment, ideal for getting together with the family during the Christmas holidays.�PGJyPgThe house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people thanks to its 6 double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Everyone benefits from their own space and privacy, while sharing large living rooms.
To make the most of Christmas, the house has three living rooms with fireplaces: two large reception rooms - one of which has its fitness equipment, as well as a TV room, also with its fireplace.
Enough to alternate family moments, evenings by the fire, games, reading or a good movie after dinner.
The large dining room is perfectly suited to large Christmas tables, while the large kitchen and pantry, fully equipped, allow you to comfortably prepare festive meals.
The house also includes a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Very well heated, it offers all the comfort you need for a pleasant winter stay. Fibre allows you to benefit from a fast Internet connection throughout the house. Netflix and Canal+ are also available.
Linen is provided, with sheets and towels. Cleaning during your stay is possible on request and at an additional cost.
