With sea views, the holiday home "Zarzamora De Rubite" in Rubite impresses guests with its fantastic panoramas. The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine and air conditioning.
The house offers a private outdoor area with a furnished open terrace, balcony, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. It is located 800 m above sea level. There is a bar-restaurant in the village, and Castell de Ferro with its beaches can be reached in 20 minutes. There is also a good restaurant in the Haza del Lino mountains, accessible in 15 minutes.
Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. The property features energy-saving lighting.
We recommend that you bring your own groceries, as there is only a minimal grocery service in the village (soft drinks and processed foods). The house is on one floor, but has different levels, with an internal staircase and five large steps to access the entrance.
The owners can provide a basket of seasonal organic products and special dietary products (sugar-free, gluten-free, vegan, etc.) for an additional cost. They can also offer local products such as honey, fig bread, dried figs, nuts, wholemeal sourdough bread, goat and sheep cheese, and local wines, all organic and natural.
Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the pool, garden irrigation or limit tap water use.
