Ellers var det en veldig fin rolig liten hage på baksiden av hotellet hvor det var fint å sitte morgen og kveld

Petit déjeuner correct.
Grosse chaleur à cette période, avec le ventilateur, c'est léger, mais l'hôtel propose des chambres avec climatisation.

"Great location. Right across the road from the gate to Maya Devi temple. The bus station is next door as well as all the shops and restaurants. Fan and AC in the room. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in since coming to Nepal"

Perfect location right beside Buddha’s birthplace.
The restaurant and staff were a highlight, the lodgings lovely and the surroundings delightful.

"The property manger Sameer made our trip so comfortable and pleasant . He went out of his way to provide us excellent information about nearby places to visit and have food . He even provided us with brunch !!! Such an hospitality is rare to find . The place was clean but little noisy during the early hours due to arrival of pilgrims. "

They also managed to ensure that the tea was only served after all the...

"The hotel is not ready to open ,still making ,just try open, just try open or half open no problem,but out side no hotel name, phone incorrect, we hardly to find the hotel, when we arrive although has room give us, room also nice,room no problem, but I can see all the room number just use stick to write,not fix,not finish,one side stairs close ,all facilities no has, spa ,gym room, swimming pool etc, all still making,room still making, I think lobby still no clear finish,but I can accept....

"The location and overall appearance of the hotel is good. However, the room we stayed (first room on second floor) had a couple of dozen bugs in the room. We had to turn the lights in the room off and left only the bathroom lights on during the night hoping to attract bug away from us. We also had to use towels to block the bottom of our door to prevent more bugs from coming in from the hallway. Next morning we found a lot of dead bugs right outside of our room which was a horrible scene....

"A good hotel, an oasis in a somewhat run-down neighborhood. They were very accommodating, although charges for services (cab to a local site) seemed high. They had some power problems overnight. The food at the restaurant was not delicious, but satisfactory."

First the room were the best we've had Nepal, especially at this price point. It was huge, squeaky clean with great facilities and an awesome shower.
The restaurant was also a lovely suprise. Big thanks to Krishna Thapa who was working in the restaurant. We asked for all of dishes to be changed to be suitable for vegans, and he made what could have been a challanging order really simple....
