"The staff was super confused. We were a larger group, all booked individually and all our Bills were wrong with all kind of Extra charges that we never ordered. I thought we solved it at checkout, eventhough the receptionist in the end did was super confused from the Long invoice with charges going in and out. After we came home I was charged one more time for something I now 3 weeks later still does not know what is and still have not Got the money refunded even though I have talked with a lot...

"Staff all very friendly. Room was comfortable and clean in need of renovation throughout. Outside of hotel being worked on at present so didn't look great but staff apologised for this didn't change our stay. Overall happy with our stay and would stay again. "

"Værelset var rent og nydeligt. Hotellets ansatte var flinkt og hjælpsomme med de spørgsmål vi måtte have. Totalt set en rigtig god oplevelse og jeg vil helt sikkert vende tilbage hertil når jeg skal til London igen."

"Lovely character-full old property. Very comfortable beds and good facilities. Excellent staff. High quality chef-prepared food. Friendly people. Only small gripe is the ales were Shepherd Neame - I prefer a range of real ales. (Good pint of Timothy Taylor Landlord London Pride in the neighbouring pub though.) "

"Nice and quiet hotel about 35 minutes by underground from central London. Nice room with good but rather narrow beds. Really nice new bathroom with a good shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was okay, but nothing more than that. Lots of local shops and restaurants in the area around the hotel. Friendly staff at the reception. We might consider using it again another time."

"Never got to stay as they had overbooked!!!! Not even letting me know, but letting me drive through the country very late at night and thereafter send me to another hotel (where the service was fantastic at midnight) down country roads... Raddison Blu is a apparently a chain with no service. They kept telling me that I could not demand anything from them as I'd booked through Hotels.com....."

"The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. "
