"First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...

"Fint hotel, dog blev vi prakket en taxa på, da vi skulle videre fra hotellet, som var noget dyrere. Vi blev spurgt, om vi ville have en taxa til lufthavnen (towncar) hvilket vi ikke ville (vi skulle til downtown og med bus). Vi bad istedet udtrykkeligt om en "regular cab". Da taxa ankommer, kan vi se, at der alligevel er bestilt en towncar, men da den er forsinket, og vi ikke har tid til at vente på en ny, tager vi den mod downtown, hvor vi skal videre med bus til New Orleans. Vi syntes prisen...

"We had a peaceful stay for a night. Beds was nice. Needed bed sheets for sofa bed. Requested front desk and revived quickly. Peaceful night sleep and breakfast was nice and satisfying. Only suggestion is there was no chair in the room that goes with the work table. "

"This is my 3rd time in a row that ive booked here cuz i do like it but ive noticed Roaches. Also my watch had fell by one of the furniture i moved it to get it and there was trash I mean the cleaning ladies can do better other than that it was good.. One last thing i liked that they did the House keeping but it was done w/o us knowing until afterwards just please be considerate to next time just ask us if we want it or Not. "
