"I went to the Monastery Hotel to check in at 5:00 p.m.. after several spa treatments at the attached spa that afternoon (that is another story space won’t allow me to review here). My plan to end a long awaited, relaxing spa day had been to check in, order a room service meal and glass of wine, and have a quite relaxing night in. During check in, I was advised that the restaurant had just closed (at 5:00P.M.?!!) and no room service was available. I was more than annoyed but I reluctantly...

The location is close (walking distance) to all the activity on George Street, the Mary Brown Centre as well as a quick walk to Water Street to catch public transit."
