"Love the friendly and family oriented layout of this property. Grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The extra large hot tub is a perfect temperature and a great spot to relax or meet other travelers. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The onsite Lava Lava Beach Club restaurant is very tasty and convenient for having food anytime of the day. The hotel rooms are updated and fresh. Great large screen Samsung smart televisions are a plus to stream your own apps and content...

"Worn and dirty
The room was worn with a number of deficiencies, e.g. rust ran down the bathtub, the doors in the room had obvious large, black stains of dirt and there was old dust and dirt in the corners. The room had a small balcony, but the furniture was so dirty that it could not be used. The hotel hallway was not cleaned during the 6 days we stayed there. "I loved this property so much. Rustic, great location and kayaks & bicycles for use. Lydgate Beach is an easy walk and gorgeous, very close to airport and Poipu. I loved hearing Hawaiian music playing as I entered my gorgeous, clean,quiet, spacious room. "

"This was a great stay in Kapaa! The location was perfect for us. The facilites were nice and organized. There was a great amount of appliances to use. Lots of delicious restaurants and coffee shops close by. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach. This was exactly what we were looking for! "

"We loved the clean, well equipped space and ease of contacless check-in and check-out. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking was ample and well illuminated. Plentiful shopping and restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool area isn't always ready by opening time and the key code to get in is ridiculously long. But that didn't keep us from enjoying a quiet, relaxing hot tub to start end our days. The short walk to the beach is perfect for viewing the sunrise. "

"All in all, probably our best VRBO rental ever. Gemma provided a wealth of information prior to our trip which helped our travel planning greatly. The unit itself is very well apportioned, with good quality furnishings and appointments throughout. From the bedding to the kitchenware, all was top notch and in great condition. Would highly recommend."
