"The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!"

"The air only goes to a certain temperature in the room then it cuts off .Some staff are friendlier then the other ones .Rooms are alwaya clean no issues there "

"I liked having real plates, silverware and cups at breakfast. The cleaning staff blocked the elevator with their cart and only one elevator was working. Minor inconvenience. Overall it was very acceptable."

"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She "

"We flew in Wednesday night, checked in, and headed to our room. On the way to the 2nd floor, the elevator shook so badly it felt like it was having a seizure before stopping. We got to the room around 11pm, just wanting sleep, and found the layout odd—the bed in the middle with a pony wall, a desk on the other side with no chair, and confusing light switches. "The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...

"We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. "

"I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away."

"The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open."
