"cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. "This is a nice hotel that was in the midst of remodeling during our stay. The pet area is very convenient and in good condition. The room was clean. My only criticism is the bedding. The sheets are so old that the pockets in the fitted sheets are for the old thin mattresses. It wouldn't be bad if they hadn't also shrunk so much that they were probably 6 inches too small. They would not fit all four corners of the bed. I went down to the lobby and they gave me other sheets to try. They...

"The General Manager, Rachelle Lucien, was very helpful when my friend became I'll. She offered to assist in a prescription pickup if needed. The hotel is clean. Several areas need to be brought up to usual Fairfield standards. The bathroom (room 206) in the room had some mold in the grout. The door seal leaked and cuddled on the floor. Also, the hot water faucet in the sink looked new but was difficult to turn on/off."
