Just 10 minutes from Pézenas, we welcome you to the heart of the small village of Roujan.
We’re nestled in a lush green setting in the middle of one of France’s largest wine-growing regions, and just 30 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches (Mèze, Cap d’Agde, Vias…) .
This former artist’s studio, adjoining our house was built in the 19th century and now offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Renovated and air-conditioned, blending the old with the new, the “L’Appentis du Chai” vacation rental is laid out as follows:
- 1 large, bright living area with a glass roof and electric skylights, featuring an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the dining area and living room.
- 2 very quiet and comfortable bedrooms with 160 x 200 cm beds (1 bedroom on the ground floor + 1 bedroom on the mezzanine). It also features an extra sofa bed in the living room.
- 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, 2 sinks, a washing machine, and a towel warmer
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
There is storage space in each bedroom, and you’ll also have access to a large closet under the stairs.
We provide bed linens, bath towels, bath mat, and dish towels.
However, please bring your own beach or pool towels.
The cottage has free Wi-Fi and a TV in the living room.
A 40m² private terrace with unobstructed views, featuring a dining area for 6 people under the arbor, lounge chairs, a lounge area, a Weber grill, and a beach umbrella.
Recreation area:
- Ping-pong table, pétanque court, foosball table, darts, Molkky, and board games.
