"Great apartment and great communication for check in. Very clean with all the amenities needed for cooking or washing. Easily walkable from either Grant St or Swanmore train stations meaning very easy to get to either Perth Centre, Cottesloe or Fremantle by train. But there is also off street parking if you have a car. "

"Great hotel in area where not much is happening. Lot of hospitals in the area and a few restaurants. We travelled as a family and liked the hotel. Only 200 meters from train station, so you can be in downtown Perth in 15-20 minutes. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a la carte. If you have breakfast included in your stay, you can choose an item from the menu for free. Only thing is that only instant coffee is included, so if you like real coffee, you will need to pay for it yourself.
