Dejligt ophold
Som altid, når vi kommer til Rotterdam, er turens højdepunkt Hilton. Fin service og god mad. De står på hænder for at gøre en tilfreds. Som alternativ til loungen var der free roomservice 2 gange med små bidder og drikkevare. Morgenmaden tog lidt længere tid, men der var rigelig af de faste menuer. Covid 19 kunne mærkes men vi følte os trykke.

Good Service
Just a single night on a business trip. The hotel has a good central location in walking distance from Rotterdam Central (railway).
The room was fine and the breakfast buffet had all you needed.
Upon check out, I received very good service. It was raining heavily and I had go to the station. The receptionist offered me an umbrella for free! Just wat I needed!
Next time I'm in Rotterdam, I will for sure stay at Hilton - but it's okay if it doesn't rain! :)

Good for business
Got a room on 8th floor, still a bit noise from traffic but must have been much better compared to lower floors. Check in was fast and friendly. Good help with taxi and restaurant suggestions. Bed was very firm but was nice from a change. Breakfast had everything and you get served fresh coffee by the table.

Ganske fint.
Rigtig fint hotel, med 2 p huse lige i nærheden.. dog kostede de 30€ om dagen. Rigtig fin morgenbuffet, eneste der var lidt dumt var wifi kostede 100kr om dagen næsten.

Alt var helt i orden. Hotellet er rent og flot, værelset og faciliteter absolut i top. Jeg sov som en sten, og var frisk og klar til en ny dag hver morgen.
Hotellet ligger i gå-afstand fra hovedbanegården, og fra det meste af byens interessante seværdigheder.

Poor from start to finish..
Poor from start to finish.. Waiting to check in.. Room was near the lift so constant droning noise from that. No shower gel ..(We asked they didn't fill) they failed to fill. Then after a day at work, cam eback, they didn't clean the room even though we put out the 'service' tag.. They then tried to say that we had asked for toilet roll and had a the 'do not disturb' sign on.. basically calling me a liar..
