The Bach | Luxury Waterfront Living with Spa Pool

Summary:
The Bach is one of our favourite houses at Lake Okareka with panoramic views of the lake and surrounding area. The house has a sprawling garden reaching all the way to the lake edge where you can jump off your private jetty, moor the boat after fishing or go for a paddle in the kayaks. After a dip in the lake, head up to the spa pool and relax while taking in the beautiful lake views.

The Space:
The house is designed for the view as you would expect with all living areas including the dining room, living room and kitchen on the ground floor.

You have two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor along with the living, kitchen and dining areas.

Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with Super King Bed and Bedroom Four which has a double sofa bed. The second bathroom upstairs can be shared with the master bedroom and bedroom four.

Outside, you've got the choice of two different decks, one which is covered and protected if it gets a bit chilly in the evening.

The spa pool is situated next to the covered deck and has an outdoor shower (with hot water) to rinse off before and after use.

The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms have no handrail. Babies who aren't yet walking and school age children should be fine with supervision but the house is not suitable for toddlers up to the age of 5 years for obvious safety reasons. Please keep this in mind when booking :-)

Guest Access:
You'll have the whole house to your self. On the other side of the property, there is a seperate dwelling which may be rented also. This is quite private from 'The Bach' with the only shared area being the driveway and vehicle parking.

The Neighborhood:
Lake Okareka is a beautiful lake just 10-15min drive from Rotorua City. The lake is great for swimming, fishing and water sports so feel free to bring your boat.

Getting Around:
We recommend having your own vehicle if staying here although Uber and taxis will be available.

If the dates you're looking at aren't available, please contact us directly as much of the calendar is closed due to local council restrictions.
