We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with the open fire, oven cleanliness, fridge shelves, BBQ, and wardrobe doors. It’s unfortunate that these things affected your stay, and we’ll certainly address these points with our team. The open fire should have been in working order, and we’ll investigate why it was unavailable during your visit. We also regret that the oven was not up to standard and that the BBQ was in such poor condition—it is definitely not the experience we want to provide. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the electricity issue and for the delay in resolving it. While we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, we understand that this caused significant frustration, and we appreciate your patience while it was being addressed. Additionally, we’re sorry that the property manager didn’t follow up as expected. This is certainly not the level of communication we strive for, and we will make sure to review our procedures to avoid this in the future.
