Downstairs;
Kitchen, lounge, dining, seperate toilet, shower, laundry.
1x bedroom with queen and single bed.

Upstairs;
Small landing/ lounge area
Master bedroom- 1 x queen, 1 x single with ensuite
Bedroom - 1 x queen
Bedroom - 2 x singles
Full bathroom with bathtub

You'll have full use of the entire house. No access to the attached garage unless specifically requested for storage of items. The garage contains personal items.


Please note: There is a large internal staircase. Children will need to be supervised around this.

There are no blinds in the upstairs bedrooms. It is private, you just won’t be able to block out the daylight.

AC is only upstairs in the master bedroom. Upstairs can get hot in the summer. Fans are provided in each bedroom in the wardrobes.

One towel per guest supplied. Please do not use the bath towels for the lakes or hot pools. There are old towels provided in the linen cupboard for this.

Neighbours are in close proximity so please be mindful of outside noise. Absolutely no outside noise after 10pm.
