The main bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom has a king single bed with a pull-out single, making it well suited for children or an extra guest. A handy kitchenette is provided for preparing simple meals, breakfasts and coffee during your stay.



The real highlight of the property is the generous outdoor living area. Enjoy relaxed meals in the covered BBQ space, unwind in the outdoor seating area, or soak in the spa pool beneath the louvre roof, perfect in all seasons and a great way to end a day exploring Rotorua.



You've also got SKY TV with movies and sports to catch a movie or watch the game!



The unit is attached to the owner’s main residence but has its own entrance and is well positioned to maintain privacy throughout your stay.



Guest Access:

The unit is set off to the side of the owner's main residence. You'll have access to the entire unit and the main residence is well locked off and seperate.

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, as it allows easy access to Rotorua’s attractions, lakes and the city centre. The Ngongotahā village is just a few minutes’ drive away and offers a supermarket, cafes and takeaway options. Rotorua CBD and popular attractions are a short drive from the property, making it a convenient base for exploring the region. Off-street parking is available for guests.
