The Space:
To your right, you'll find the den with two twin-sized beds, offering a cozy spot for relaxation or additional sleeping arrangements. Ahead lies the spacious great room, providing ample room to unwind while enjoying views of the pool, spa, and stunning sunsets. The master bedroom with ensuite awaits to the back right of the house, featuring a king-sized bed and a bath complete with double vanities, a soaking tub, and a stand-alone shower for ultimate relaxation.

To your left, as you enter the front door, you'll discover the beautiful dining area with a large window overlooking the front gardens of the house. The kitchen sits just off the great room, dining area, and dinette area at the back of the house, providing easy access to the lanai through sliding glass doors. The laundry room is conveniently located just outside the kitchen, while the two guest bedrooms and guest bath, which also serves as a pool bathroom, are situated on the left side of the house. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage that can be used to store drinks, large items and plenty of snacks!

Entertainment options abound with a new 65" TV in the great room and smart TVs with the Xfinity app signed in available in the two bedrooms. Bikes and helmets are provided for your use, allowing you to explore the bike paths in Rotonda and the surrounding area, as well as the many attractions in this beautiful community.

With so many things to do in the area, from golfing at one of the 5 community courses to lounging on nearby sandy white beaches or boating in the intercoastal waterways and Gulf of Mexico, you're sure to find something to suit every interest. Pets will be considered with the pet fee paid but, please inquire first before booking your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Rotonda West is a deed restricted community of mainly single family homes located on the Cape Haze peninsula just south of Englewood in Charlotte County in SW Florida.

Rotonda West is laid out in the shape of an incomplete wagon wheel with over 20,000 acres of greenbelts, fairways, ponds, lakes and 23 miles of waterways made up of seven distinct subdivisions (spokes in the wheel) comprising Oakland Hills, Pebble Beach, Pinehurst, Broadmoor, Long Meadow, White Marsh, and Pine Valley.

In the center of Rotonda West off Parade Circle there is a community park with tennis courts, nature trail, childrens play area and BBQ. It is approximately a 20 minute drive to Englewood Beach. There are five golf courses within Rotonda West - The Palms, The Hills, The Links, Long Marsh and Pinemoor).

Thirty miles of picturesque canals, lakes and ponds wind through the community and offer fishing and boating opportunities for its residents. A protected wetland preserve to the south prevents development of that area. Alligators, Great Blue Herons, Egrets, Bobcats, Raccoons, Armadillos, Gopher Tortoises, Turtles, and many other birds and animals inhabit the area. Rotonda West is a designated Bird Sanctuary.
