Set across 43 peaceful acres in the heart of Pokolbin, Olive Ridge Homestead is a spacious country retreat accommodating up to 17 guests across six bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Hunter Valley, the Homestead enjoys a magnificent outlook over the picturesque reservoir, open countryside and distant hills. From the soft morning light across the water to the rich colours of sunset, the ever-changing views provide a beautiful backdrop throughout the day.
Although wonderfully private, quiet and secluded, the Homestead is conveniently close to the Hunter Valleys renowned wineries, restaurants, wedding venues and major concert locations. It is ideal for extended families, groups of friends, wedding guests and special celebrations.
The large, fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals for a crowd easy, while generous dining tables provide plenty of room for everyone to come together. Multiple living areas allow guests to spread out, with space for the children to relax while the adults entertain or enjoy some quiet time.
Challenge friends to a game around the pool table, cool off in the private swimming pool or enjoy a long lunch in the spacious outdoor entertaining area.
During the cooler months, the indoor wood-burning fireplace fills the Homestead with warmth and atmosphere. As the sun begins to set, gather around the magnificent outdoor firepit overlooking the reservoir. It is the perfect place to enjoy a glass of Hunter Valley wine, share stories beneath the open sky and watch the evening colours settle over the water and surrounding hills.
With air-conditioning throughout and a convenient single-level design, the Homestead is also well suited to families with young children and guests with limited mobility.

Master Suite: One king bed or two single beds, plus two additional single beds on request, with an ensuite sleeps 4
Family Suite: One king bed or two single beds, plus a separate single bed and ensuite sleeps 3
Kalamata Room: One king bed or two king-single beds sleeps 2
Picual Room: One king bed or two single beds sleeps 2
Manzanillo Room: One queen bed sleeps 2
Fantoio Room: One queen bed and one bunk bed sleeps 4
