Welcome to our spacious and welcoming 1922 home, thoughtfully renovated to blend timeless charm with modern convenience. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms with queen beds and brand-new mattresses, a sparkling clean bathroom, and a fully stocked kitchen ready for home-cooked meals. Relax in the bright, cozy living spaces or enjoy the large, open (unfenced) yard. With off-street parking, a washer and dryer, and pet-friendly accommodations ($95 fee, 2-pet max), you'll feel right at home.

The entire home is for guest use.

We ask that you please treat our home as you would your own.

-Absolutely NO smoking of ANY substance inside the home. If you do smoke please step outside and do so away from the home and throw away any trash outside. Any evidence of smoke inside the home will result in termination of your reservation with no refund, and an immediate $500 charge plus the cost of remediation.

- Pets welcome with a 2 pet max and $95 non refundable fee. Please clean up after your pets in the yard!

We offer a 15-min grace period for late check-outs. After 15 mins, there will be automatic $50 charge for unapproved late check outs.

Lastly, while we have regular and excellent pest control, our climate can provide the conditions for an occasional bug sighting. If you do spot a bug we will send pest control back out as quickly as possible, but please note that we do not provide refunds based on this.
