Villa Manon is a cozy and welcoming two-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Sicilian countryside. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Manon you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Manon is 170 square meters (1830 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6 km (3.7 miles) from Rosolini, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles) and the closest beach (Santa Maria del Focallo beach) at 16.5 km (roughly 10.3 miles). You will reach Villa Manon from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Manon you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.6 meters (5.2 feet) deep. It is filled with sea water. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the garden. The pool is open from the end of April until mid-November.
Terrace
The terrace is 45 square meters (485 square feet) large. You will reach it going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 16 steps. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the swimming pool, of the garden and of surrounding countryside.
Patio
The patio is 350 square meters (3770 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with wood benches and with tables and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden and of the surrounding countryside.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the swimming pool and of the surrounding countryside.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable, and include sofas and armchairs. There is a nice fireplace. The two dining tables can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through three French doors. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the living room you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it going up a spiral staircase, climbing 18 steps. The furnishings of the mezzanine include a small sofa, armchairs and a chair bed for one guest. The mezzanine has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1 meter (3.3 feet) at its lowest point. The mezzanine has an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through an access area. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is tiled with lucid sea green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Parking
The parking space is suitable for six cars. In this area you will find an electric cars charging point (please note that the use of the charging point is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
