Immo Barneda Roses. Welcome to our charming holiday rental home in Roses, ideally located in the heart of the picturesque town of Roses. With an unbeatable location, everything you need is just a step away: the sandy beach, a variety of shops and restaurants, all without the need to use a car. You can do everything on foot.

The 73 m² house offers two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, perfect for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. The house has a spacious 40 m² terrace, an ideal space to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, relax with a good book, or share an outdoor meal.

In the accommodation you will find a washing machine for your convenience, as well as an iron for ironing clothes. Additionally, you have a garage in the same building, providing a safe place for your vehicle. To keep the house cool and pleasant, we have two fans.

The living room is a cozy place to relax, with a television with satellite channels. The independent kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils, and a coffee maker to start your mornings with energy.

We offer the option for you to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can choose our service with a supplement of 15€ per bed for sheets and 10€ per person for towels

The location of the house is ideal, just 200 meters from a supermarket for your convenience and 300 meters from the sandy beach "Roses", giving you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean in just a few minutes. Additionally, you will find various entertainment options within reach, such as the "Salata" amusement park 1 km away and the "Aqua Brava" water park at the same distance.

If you want to explore nature, the house is strategically located 5 km from the natural park "Aiguamolls". For golf lovers, the "Castello Nou" Golf Course is located 8 km away. Proximity to the "Figueres" train station at 18 km and the "Girona" airport at 60 km adds convenience to your travels.
