"The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The food served at the Torquoise Restaurant was very well prepared and tasted amazing. Rooms were very spacious with beautifully decor and amazing balcony space.
Some feedback would be that the pool is seawater and the walls are very rough. Given that it’s targeted as a family resort, a chlorine-based pool with smooth mosaic tiles will be better suited for children. For the rooms, cooking and dining hardware could be more well-equipped."

"I loved the view from the room, beautiful, and the personal balcony with the hammock. The room could've used a deep clean, but pretty clean to the naked eye. Casey was helpful, and ran me down to the store for there isn't any food close. The suites sits on very steep hills, so the use of a taxi is crucial. Their sign inside the suite says housekeeping everyday, but only received towels, and clean dishes 2x's out of 5 day stay. The numbers listed are not helpful when trying to reach someone, ...

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort! The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered great amenities. The food was very good, and there was plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. We did have to switch rooms initially because our first room did not have a refrigerator, but the issue was addressed. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, which made the overall experience even better. Be prepared to walk up and down hills. They however shuttles with a wait if there is not...

"Facility was fantastic, obviously not a cheap place to stay.
Shuttle vans take your throughout the resort, for the most part are timely.
Included breakfast buffet was good, not exceptional.
Stayed in Luxury Villa 304 which had a ocean view and gorgeous, but FYI was not private as Villa 302 was next door and we could see onto each other's patio."
