"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Wish they had a hot tub, but pool was nice. Loved the continental breakfast but wish they would have had more fruit options."

"Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner."

"This is with out any doubt the most dirty Hotel I have stayed at in the last 15 years and with more than 100 nights a year at Hotels, this is bad. If people looks at me reviews, that I make after visiting a most Hotels, are they normal good and if the price low I do not expect premium Hotels, just clean. But here it is so dirty and breakfast was a joke. I stay at many other Choice Hotels and I have never seen this before. I can not in any way recommend this Hotel. "

"There was none of the usual things you find in a hotel room, there was no soap in the bathroom, no blow drier, there was nothing to make coffee with in the morning. There wasn’t a closet and the bathroom sink table was duck taped. The place is in need of some repairs. The ice machine also didn’t work."

"The staff was fine but the place was overall a bit sketchy for me. Maybe it's common in Columbus (first time in the state), but I've never seen so much signage about "no guns" and "if you live within 3 miles you must show proof of needing emergency [housing]". Non-smoking room was less smokey than the rest of the motel, but generally everything smelled like smoke - the lobby was heavy with it as soon as I walked in. "This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. The whole place had an awful odor to it, the room itself was not very clean and was missing the mini fridge. And, to top it off, there were a ton of ants. By the heater, on the nightstand, on the desk, you name it. After all that, Expedia refused to do a full refund. Don’t use Expedia and never stay at this hotel."

"If you like a place that is absolutely filthy and stinks, then this is the hotel for you. The entire property was in need of a good overhaul. When we checked in on Friday evening, there was a box of raisins spilled in the elevator. It was still there when we checked out Sunday morning. We will never stay there again."

"Old lamp and lamp shades, mattresses, pulled carpets and trash throughout all the hallways. No bath towels, tissues, toilet paper or shampoo/conditioner upon arrival to room. People cussing and kids crying throughout. Online says breakfast is included but hotel only has coffee. Flies flying all around the lobby. Muggy. Did not stay here. Canceled my reservation. If you care about your wellbeing and your family I would NOT STAY HERE EVER!"
