"The property is nice and very convenient if you need a place to stay in Bauan. It is not fully open yet and they are on their soft opening stage. Seems like the staff are still learning the ropes of hotel operations. Pool could get busy with all the conventions and team building activities. Friendly staff though and quick to address any concerns. Looking forward to when they are fully operational."

"This is such a beautiful resort but situated somewhat far out from the main town areas. It takes some tricky driving up and down hills and narrow areas before you reach the resort. However, it is worth it. A hidden treasure. The staff are all very kind and helpful and the view of Lake is Amazing! Breakfast was always delicious as well."
