"Staff was curtious and attentive and made sure our of needs were met. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel location was very convenient, pently of shopping and dinning options near by and a short drive to downtown area."

"When we got there it was no gas in the area which means no hot water. The gas company was out I’m guessing but the water didn’t come on until the middle of the night which was such an inconvenience going to bed having traveled all day and not able to shower"

"The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again."

"It was what was lacking from the listing that was the problem-- there were 20 sketchy steps from the sidewalk to the front door. Those were not mentioned. We're 81 and 78. Stairs in general are things we try to avoid, but these were covered with leaves, ivy encroaching on the lowest set and with ridiculously low hand rails. Since there's no off-street parking, using the scary stairs was mandatory. The house was fine, but getting in and out was not."

"A warning if you're booking through Expedia — and some feedback for The Graduate Cincinnati. We're loyal Hilton Honors members and chose The Graduate for a special trip to the Cincinnati Zoo with our four-year-old. Because the hotel showed as unavailable on Hilton's site, we booked through Expedia. Our travel plans changed and we couldn't arrive Friday night. I called the hotel, who said it shouldn't be a problem but to confirm with Expedia. Expedia confirmed we were fine to check in Saturday...

"Check in was super easy and hostess was very friendly and helpful. The space was super unique and made for a wonderful stay"

"Friendly staff. The room was really nice and the amenities/toiletries were great/elevated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and had a nice view of campus from big window. Noticed some less common areas that hadn’t really been dusted in a while (ie ontop of waterfall shower head/ontop of picture frames)."

"I was very impressed of how clean and put together not only our room but the entire property. They have some bigger competition next door to them but I would choose this hotel over the other one any day! The staff was very kind the breakfast was hot and kept neatly!"

"I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna."
