Vi installerede os - fik en pint øl og tog bussen udenfor døren ind til Rye for at se byen og - især - Mermaid Street. Tilbage i pubben fik vi et dejligt pub-meal inden vi gik op på vores hyggelige værelser med udsigt over mod kirken. Absolut en anbefalelsesværdig pub!"

"We did not feel welcome. Room was nice, but that is also all. We felt we were a necessary evil arriving before 3 p.m. even if the room was ready. Then we had to pay an extra 10 GBP to be allowed to use it one hour before 3 p.m.
We use another hotel next time we are on business in the area.
